The Project

Regal plan to redevelop 390-406 High Road, Wembley. Planning permission was granted for the first building at the end of 2022, and the second at the end of 2023.

Comprising two buildings and a total of 998 bedrooms, it consists of a wellness focused cluster of en-suite rooms, two-dios and studios alongside amazing amenities, offering luxury and convenience in equal measure. The project is part of ‘Regal Students’, the business’s Purpose-Built Student Accommodation development division.

The new student accommodation will be supported by a wide range of social, study and wellbeing spaces. High Road includes gardens, greened street-side terraces, a gym, a multi-use studio, lounge and dining room along with an array of study spaces and a community studio space to rent.

In keeping with Regal’s wider sustainability strategy, the project will target BREEAM Excellent and an EPC rating of A, and aims to be one of the first UK PBSA projects to be accredited WELL Platinum.

The residences have been designed with student experience and wellbeing at the forefront. The extensive amenities seamlessly integrate indoor and outdoor spaces, while the roof terraces provide an alfresco living experience. Featuring versatile social spaces, it invites residents to enjoy both friendly gatherings and moments of calm.
